Procedure:

Students will :

- Learn about the parts of trees. ( trunk, branches, leaves, roots)

 - Students will talk and learn about why the leaves change color

 - Students will create their own fall tree

Teacher will lead a discussion about trees, and ask them what colors they see the leaves outside changing.

Teacher will them do a demonstration of how to draw a tree, and introduce students to art tape

Materials will be passed out

Students will draw along with the teacher and then rip and apply their art tape for leaves

Once they are done applying art tape students will use crayons to color in backgrounds of their picture.

Will be done by observation during the lesson, and by teacher review after the lesson
