~Dada String Drop~
This was a one day lesson designed to teach my students about the Dada art movement. We talked about how some Dada artists created their work by "happy Accidents." During this project the students came into the room and saw six different colors of paint each with many different sizes of string sitting in them. The students were instructed to take a string and hold it 3-5 inches above their paper and drop it. After many times of doing this, it created a very interesting and unique design on thier papers. Here are few pictures of them at work.
